Description:
National Ordnance Model 1903A3 rifle, serial number 5007415, is a commercial variant of the classic .30-06 Springfield military bolt-action platform produced during the post-WWII surplus boom of the 1960s. It features a unique 7-digit serial number stamped onto a newly manufactured, commercially blued investment-cast steel receiver, which was built to mimic the profile of wartime military models. National Ordnance mated this cast action to a genuine, military-surplus USGI barrel that retains its original Parkerized finish along with a mix of stamped and forged surplus military components. Bore condition is good with no pitting. Parkerized finish on barrel shows wear and is in fair condition. Stock condition is good with handling marks. Action and bottom metal show some small areas of surface rust.
