Offered for sale is a beautiful Smith & Wesson Model 18-2 K-22 Combat Masterpiece, chambered in .22 Long Rifle and manufactured circa 1965. Built on Smith & Wesson's legendary K-frame, the Model 18 was designed as the rimfire counterpart to the famous Model 15 Combat Masterpiece, providing identical handling characteristics in an economical and exceptionally accurate .22 Long Rifle platform.
This revolver features a 4-inch pinned barrel, recessed six-shot cylinder, original high-polish blued finish, checkered walnut Magna grips with silver Smith & Wesson medallions, a Baughman Quick Draw ramp front sight, and a fully adjustable micrometer rear sight.
The Model 18-2 remains one of the most desirable post-war Smith & Wesson rimfire revolvers, prized for its outstanding balance, smooth action, exceptional accuracy, and classic craftsmanship. It remains equally at home on the target range, in the field, or as part of an advanced Smith & Wesson collection.
