This is a scarce factory Kel-Tec P-11 chambered in .40 S&W (marked “P-11 CAL .40 AUTO"). Produced only briefly in the late 1990s/early 2000s as the .40 companion to the more common 9mm P-11, these are infrequently seen on the secondary market.
