Description:

Unusual configuration High Standard Model W-104 “Double Nine” Buntline/Longhorn Revolver with the very scarce 9.5” barrel. Fixed patridge front sight and drift adjustable rear sight. Left side of the barrel showing “HIGH STANDARD / DOUBLE NINE / .22 CAL” the “DOUBLE NINE” above a longhorn skull. Two line address and manufacturer info on the right side of the barrel. Full SN over model on the right side of the frame under the cylinder. Smooth wooden grips with inlaid trigger medallions. Complete with instruction sheet and two piece yellow/red shipping box with model and matching SN noted on the end label.

Condition:

EXC+ with a few minuscule handling marks and a thin cylinder ring. Grips are as-new with tarnished trigger medallion inserts. Near EXC instructions. VG shipping box with discolorations, shop wear, and separations that could easily be re-glued. One of the more unusual High Standard revolvers, particularly in this barrel length, especially scarce in its original shipping box!
