1929 was the starting year of production for a series of second issue Police Positives. Colt started the new series with serial number 300001 to produce a .32 police positive on the larger frame of a .38 police positive revolver. Presented for sale is a very desirable 4 inch nickel plated .32 on a .38 frame with serial number 300931 making it number 931 in this production run from 1929. The revolver is in excellent condition with the exception of the toe of the right grip. Replacement grips are readably available. The nickel is in above average condition, bright and shiny. There is a light drag line on the cylinder. All markings are crisp. Over all a very nice and desirable second issue nickel .32 Police Positive Revolver. I offer a three-day non-firing inspection period and always want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. The gun will be packed correctly and shipped via FedEx with insurance to your FFL dealer in the continental United States for $55. This gun requires a FFL license for transfer.
