Description:
Iver johnson Third Model , 2nd Variation,  small frame  Hammerless Revolver.  Top Break , auto ejecting, double top post barrel latch,  coil spring,  5 shot , 5” barrel  in .32 S&W .  made in 1916.  nickel finish , target grips,       **C&R**

Condition:  5” raised ribbed round barrel with a good bore showing  just some minor traces of pitting in the rifling.   The metal surfaces still retain most of the original nickel finish.   No barrel markings.  The revolver was fitting with black checkered owl logo  target grips and a 5" barrel. Grips are in good condition with some minor crack repairs done.     Ejector works and will close when revolver barrel is closed.    Mechanically works very well in double action with good timing and  lock-up.   

The 1st and 2nd models were made for black powder or lower pressure loads . The 3rd models changed over to a coil hammer spring which allowed stronger pressure smokeless loads to be used.   This model uses a .32 S&W short
