Smith & Wesson Model 32 DA Third Model Safety Hammerless Top Break Snub Nose "Bicycle" revolver, cal. .32 S&W, SN: 178110, with 2" ribbed barrel, fixed sights, and 5-shot cylinder. Barrel markings include "32 S. & W. CTG" on the left side denoting caliber specification and "SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD MASS U.S.A." on the right side. The five-shot cylinder bears the full serial number "178110" stamped on its rear face, with the partial number "78110" appearing on the barrel latch mechanism. Black hard rubber grips molded with circular Smith & Wesson logo over checkered field, the right panel numbered to the gun, the left unmarked.
Condition:
VG+ original finish with sharp edge wear, fading and freckling, mainly on the grip safety, as one might expect from a lightly carried and handled revolver. Minimal cartridge head imprinting on the recoil shield. Faded case colors on trigger, largely on forward face. Crisp hard rubber grips with slightly blunted checkering, no splits or losses.
