VERY scarce, all matching, Union Fire Arms semiautomatic revolver, SN: 70, caliber .32 S&W, made in Toledo, Ohio, production fewer than 300 units, this one SN: 70, with 2 7/8" barrel, fixed front and rear sights. Top break, SA, zig-zag cylinder that can be manually functioned by moving top assembly rearward while simultaneously cocking hammer. Right side of frame marked with manufacturer, location, and "Lefever Pat.". Serial number on back of cylinder, extractor star, and on butt. Factory nickel with color case hardened hammer and trigger. Black checkered HR grips.
Condition:
VG with areas of flaking, peeling, and superficial scratches most noticeable on the cylinder, over the left grip panel, and on the front/backstrap. Minimal use as reflected by light case imprinting on recoil shield. Near mirror bore. Correct manual mechanics. A super rare revolver, one of very few made to function as a semiautomatic (Webley Fosbery, Zulaica, Mateba 6-Unica).
