Description:
This Colt US Army .38 Colt is in good condition. Serial #5631 dates to 1902 on the left side of the frame. US Army issued 6" Colt DA 38 Model 1901 .38 Colt with R.A.C. inspection marks on the frame, cylinder, barrel, and grips. "US Army Model 1901" stamped on the butt. Also stamped with "J.T.T." on the left side frame denoting Ordnance Corps Officer who inspected the firearm. Condition is good with various marks & scratches, and a few small dings. Action & timing are good, and cylinder locks up tight with about 1/16" play. No factory box or original paperwork included. .38 Colt
