Here is a LNIB Herbert Schmidt (HS Waffentechnik) Sierra 38 HS 38S chambered for 38 Special. This revolver looks unfired since leaving the factory in 1986. It includes the original box, papers, and waxed paper packing. The timing is perfect and the lockup is wiggle free when the hammer is pulled, like a colt Diamondback. It would be hard to find a better example without a time machine.
