Colt Police Positive Special Second Issue .38 Special, has a square butt with the longer frame & cylinder to handle .38special ammo, denoted by 1926 last patent date on top of barrel, wood grips, checkered trigger, and serrated top strap.  Made of fine carbon steel, the Police Positive Special features highly polished surfaces and royal blued finishes.  Built on Colt's "D" frame.  The "Positive Lock" safety prevents the gun to fire unlesss the trigger is deliberately pulled, allowing the revolver to be safely carried with all chambers loaded.  The pistol's sights consist of a blade front andf a fixed v-notch rear sight.  I have two for sale, a 4" and a 5".  Both are in near mint condition, your choice for $1600 plus $65 shipping.  If you would like to purchase both, I will let them go for $3,000 plus $65 shipping.  I will accept a postal money order, bank check, or personal check (with time to clear).
