The Smith & Wesson Military & Police (M&P) is the classic K-frame revolver that later became the Model 10, long regarded as one of the most widely used service sidearms of the 20th century. Chambered in .38 Special with a 6-round capacity and a 4\" barrel, this example dates to around 1941, placing it in the pre-model number era.

It remains in very good condition overall, showing honest use. The bluing has some scratches and areas of holster wear, with additional wear visible on the trigger and hammer. The checkered wood grips display handling wear but are intact and serviceable. Mechanically, the revolver operates smoothly and locks up tight, making it both a functional shooter and a desirable example of an early M&P.
