Smith & Wesson Model 629-4 Mountain Gun chambered in .44 Magnum (also accepts .44 Special ) with a handy 4 inch barrel , built on the rugged N-Frame and featuring a 6-shot cylinder with a smooth double-action/single-action trigger system. This revolver is in NRA Excellent condition , showing a very clean overall appearance with only minor handling marks visible under light. The bore is bright with strong, visible rifling , and as shown in the photos the barrel is clearly marked “Mountain Gun” and “.44 Magnum.” It is equipped with an adjustable rear sight and a ramped front sight , along with rubber finger-groove grips for a secure hold in the field.
