Nice example of a second model saw butt open top 7" big frame western single action in popular 44-40. This gun has been fired very little and locks up like a new gun, tight as drum when hammer falls. Has at least 90% original factory nickel finish with some bubbling under nickel, mostly on right side. Nice case colors on hammer. Gutta Percha grips with lanyard. Serial #11530. Classic western single action from late 1870's Grips are minty with no chips. Bore is excellent with strong as new rifling. Takes down like a dream. Would make a fine black powder shooter as well. Antique so right to your door.
