ALLEN & THURBER BABY DRAGOON PEPPERBOX IN IT'S ORIGINAL BOX

Description:
.36 caliber, 5" six shot barrel. Bar hammer double action with engraved recoil shield. Walnut bag grips. The barrel marked "ALLEN & THURBER, WORCESTER / CAST STEEL". In very fine original condition with the barrel showing blue mixing with plum patina. The recoil shield retains much of the bright blue and engraved frame mostly a gray/brown patina. Mechanically sound. In it's original case with accessories. The flask has a note wrapped around it that is difficult to read but appears to be period.
