Description: I'm selling my collection. I'm selling my collection. Here is an Antique very Scarce 10 round Revolver marked: "Lepage Frères à Liège Maison à Paris 12 rue d'Enghien" chambered for 11mm center fire either .440 or .450 caliber, Double Action Revolver. It's an Antique pre-1898 and doesnt required FFL for transfer. Circa 1890s with 6.1/4" round and Octagonal Barrel with a very good bore with sharp rifling. A crowned "EL" on the left side of barrel more than likely the initials of on of Lepage brother. Few issues: the little return spring of the hand (piece rotates the cylinder) is either missing or broken. The added & obvious coil spring of the ejector rod shouldn't be there & the brass screw near the trigger is a replacement. The original finish was in the white rates 80%. The smoothwood grips are good no crack, with lanyard ring. All visible on the pictures. Those rare and massive Lepage 10 round quality revolver were in hi demand preceeded the production of the African "L'AFRICAIN" with an even higher cylinder capacity of 12 shot manufactured also by the other excellent gun maker for the large & famous French MAS Manufacture d'Armes de St Étienne, for the African conquest (West French Africa A.O.F. & Congo) settlers, engeneers & explorers often where out numbered by hostile tribes. I described it to the best of my knowledge. Please don't ask for extra pictures. Well designed & built, very collectible rare piece of history. Please don't ask for extra pictures. All what I didn't described is visible on the pictures. Please don't ask for extra pictures. $1,125 + $75 insured shipping to your door if you are over 21, payable by cashier check, P.M.O or credit card. Please have look on my other pieces.
