Engraved 5 Shot .44 British Bulldog
Description: Looks superb and functions great. This is the best looking BIG BORE Bulldog revolver I have ever offered. Very clean throughout. Mother of pearl grips have a crack on the butt, but is stable. Action is tight and timing is like new. Loading gate is excellent. Cylinder has ELG liege proofmark. There is a "44" marked on the right side of the frame just in front of the cylinder - appears to be the caliber indication. It is center-fire and caliber is .44. No Serial Number shown. Beautifully engraved double action marked “BRITISH BULLDOG” on top strap, 2-1/4” barrel, with 95% nickel finish, with gorgeous iridescent pearl grips. This gun is in overall fine to excellent condition showing the majority of its original finish with tasteful scroll and punch dot engraving, very good bore, crisp action, fine thick pearl grips; an outstanding bull dog revolver. You would expect to find this on the night stand of a Jezebel Queen or in the vest pocket of her Dandy Man!!!! This is an ANTIQUE and can be shipped directly to you.
