Description:
A rare .32 rim fire  brass frame 1855 made revolver often used in the Civil War and an infraction of the Rollin White patent held by Smith and Wesson. A small button on the front end of the left side of the frame opens that swing action. The 5" octagonal barrel has clear rifling and s on barrelplotches of pitting. The action locks up good and indexes good also. American walnut are good . gripspitting along the right side of the barrel muzzle and front of the  The exterior metal is greyish and has pitting along the right side of the barrel muzzle and pitting in front of the cylinder..SN 4598. Overall a good example of a Civil War era .32 rim fire revolver..
