Mass Arms Co. Maynard Primed Belt Revolver
Description: This revolver is 6 shot, 31 caliber with Maynard priming mechanism and a 5" barrel. This is the hand revolved model. The total production for this model was 1000. The barrel retains a very high percentage of the original blue. The frame shows some case colors and the cylinder scene is complete. The trigger guard and backstrap are silver plated. This gun is scroll engraved and has a panel scene of a knight on a horse on the Maynard primer cover. According to Frank Sellers this is the only one known with this panel scene. The action and bore are very good. The burl grips retain almost all of their original high gloss varnish finish with a few minor dings. From the Frank Sellers and Sam Smith collections.
