"Colt 1862 Police Cartridge Conversion (50906)
Description:
"Serial number 614. Made late 1860s early 1870s. 38 RF caliber with a 4.5" and it has the ejector. This gun is in excellent condition with 85% of the original nickel finish. The grips are very good. With 85% of the original varnish. Colt Conversions were a way to use up percussion parts for the cartridge period. The civil war was transitional period where the percussion period was expiring and the cartridge period was replacing it. This is a scarce example with the ejector. This is an excellent example!
