Guns International #: 100269704
Seller's Inventory #: 10001010
A 6 shot 10mm pinfire revolver of Continental origin. It is in excellent condition. The action is tight and the cylinder indexes correctly. The metal scroll work is quite nice, with a restraint of "flourish" not usually seen on pinfire revolvers of this era. The ejector rod is tight and straight. The wooden grips show wear to one side of one butt, however there are no splits or cracks to the grips themselves. The frame is secured by three undamaged steel screws that date this type of attachment to the later years of the pinfire period. I believe that the letter "S" on the cylinder face signifies a Belgian proof mark, however I am not completely certain of that. A handsome pinfire revolver with quality scroll work to both cylinder and frame.
