COLT CAVALRY MODEL 1873 U.S. CAVALRY REVOLVER W/KOPEC LETTER
Description: This Historical U.S. Cavalry Model 1873 Colt Single Action Army comes with a "Kopec" authentification letter . It is .45 caliber, 7.5" barrel. The Ivory Grips are very good and show some age checking. The nickeled finish shows some loss . Rest is patina . Has crisp action and indexes properly. Has all 4 clicks and locks up tight. Serial number is #49872 and all numbered parts match. Also, the inspector markings " "HN ", can be found in all the appropriate locations. Manufatured in 1878. . All serial numbers match, including the cylinder, which bears the last 4 digits "9872", of the serial number. The bore is well-rifled and shows some very light pitting. . The KOPEC Letter (included) , also describes this revolver in detail. (NOTE) The needed repairs,that are mentioned in the Kopec Letter, have since been done by a gunsmith. lAlso comes with a Colt Archive Letter. Buyer Pays $20.00 shipping to the lower 48 states.
