*Sale Pending* - RARE REMINGTON 1890 ARMY REVOLVER
Description:
The 1890 Single Action Army Remington was their last gasp at competing with Colt for the single action market. They had some success with their 1875 but Colt was running away with the game. Not very many 1890 Remingtons were made. Only about 2,000. They are in the very desirable 44-40 cartridge. This one has a 7-1/2” barrel. Not only is this gun rare but it also has 60%+ blue remaining on the bbl. Beautiful deep blue in protected areas. Frame has aged to a very pleasing antique brown/grey color. Nice color also on the cylinder. Grips are excellent as is the bore. Very nice markings. Everything about this revolver is nice. A very good collector piece!
