Description:
Sold / Hold ...Original Schofield, 45 S&W, 4.5" cut barrel, dark plumb color. Revolver has good U.S. markings and bogus Wells markings.
Good bore and mechanics, has correct smooth wood grips with a crack in the left panel, well worn with traces of a cartouche... Serial # 5384, was rode hard & put away wet, but an honest old vet, probably of both the Indian Wars and some hard Frontier usage - Original Schofield at a very friendly price... $2,650.
