Very Good Plus Colt Single Action Army,5 1/2

Description:
Very Good plus Colt first generation single action army revolver. The gun is a .44-40, with a 5 1/2" barrel. The bore has strong rifling and the action is 4 clicks tight. Indexes perfectly. As an 1880 gun it has fine wood walnut grips that fit the gun perfectly. SN 56XXX all matching. The overall finish is a toned brown, but all markings are crisp and clear. There are traces of blue in protected areas. Also has traces of case colors on the frame. All screws are fine and unbuggered. Nice first generation SAA.
