Extremely Rare Pair of London Double Cased Colt 1851 Navy Revolvers (C12420)

Description:

Extremely Rare Pair of London Double Cased Colt 1851 Navy Revolvers. Both guns were made in 1853. Very rare double cased set, most likely owned by some officer in the Crimean War. Both guns are iron backstrap and iron trigger guard guns. The condition on both of them is almost identical. There are case colors on the frame. The barrels are nice and sharp with mostly patina finish. One of the guns has more blue finish remaining than the other one. Accessories are complete and in very good condition. Very hard to come by double cased set!
