Colt 1849 Pocket Model Revolver. 6” Barrel in .31 caliber. This is a London 1849. Marked on barrel “Address Col. Colt London”. Cased in a Colt Factory London case with bullet mold, cap can, key, powder flask, screwdriver and lead balls. This is a fine 1849 model with approximately 70% blue on barrel. The cylinder has 99% blue with the best cylinder scene you could ask for. All matching numbers. Grips are very good plus. No chips or cracks. Grips have approximately 95% original varnish. This is a fine London cased set with factory case. The Colt’s loading instruction label which is somewhat soiled, is inside of the lid. Area for brass presentation plate is inlaid with contrasting wood. Note: All the screws are perfect, no defaced screws.
