"Confederate Kerr 3rd Variation percussion revolver .45 caliber (AH8633) CONSIGNMENT

Description:
"Serial No. 3691, circa 1863, .45 caliber, 5.75"" octagonal barrel. Barrel is marked ""L.A.C./ British Proof marks. Frame is marked ""Kerr's Patent 3691, lower left is marked ""London Armoury"". Left side is marked ""London/Armoury"" Finish is grey patina with traces of blue visible mostly in protected areas. Serial numbers are non0-matching. Brown wooden checkered grips are in good condition with light handling marks noted. ""JS/Anchor is stamped in between trigger guard and cap. Action does have play when indexes. Consignment
