Description:
"Serial 12510. Made circa 1860s. 36 caliber with a 7" barrel. This is a nice sharp example of an army contract. There is a good visible cartouche on the left hand side of the grips and small inspector markings throughout the gun. The metal is sharp with an even gray patina throughout. This is a very fine example.
