The action is crisp and tight on this SA or double action revolver. The blue finish is a deep deep dark blue and is original is taking on a nitric blue when held in natural light.. The bore is bright and shiney with shallow spotting has very bright and shiney deep rifeling. the back strapp has over 95% silver plate and thinning does show black patina as silver does do. alll marking sharp and clear. wood grips arejust beautiful with 95% varnish.. the case colors are vivid and sharp also hammer and trigger as well as lode lever . I would think this was kept in a safe for a long time this is one good looking revolver is circa 1861 so was arounf the civil war time 1861 to 1865. They dont get much better than this....... is antique all original pictures taken out side in normal light. Got questions ask I do ship to the world and accept international wire transfer. shipping is $30.00 plus insurance. this does not require FFL to to your front door
