Description: REDUCED!
This Rogers & Spencer appears to have spent its life just as the estate described—resting quietly in an attic trunk.
One of only 5,300 U.S. pistols ever produced, this example retains approximately 80–90% of its original factory finish. The majority of finish loss is confined to the barrel, primarily from age-related flaking. The remainder of the revolver shows honest aging and light sharp-edge silvering.
All numbers match, and the left grip panel clearly displays the inspector’s cartouche. The bore is bright, with well-defined rifling and light scattered frost.
The grips retain approximately 85–90% of their original lacquer.
This attractive attic find would make a fine addition to any collection.
