SCARCE AND FINE CIVIL WAR ERA METROPOLITAN 36 CAL. PERC. POLICE REVOLVER CIRCA 1864. 5 shot fluted cylinder with 4 ½” barrel addressed “METROPOLITAN ARMS CO. NEW YORK”. All matching in the 33xx serial range and with excellent markings and in superior condition with 90% plus original blue and 30% case hardened color on the lever.. Mello brass straps and excellent walnut grips with most of the original finish. Excellent bore and perfect working order. Only 2750 made.
