I am a private seller, a retired Custom Gunmaker been in the gun busieness for 35+ year. I can tell you it is brand-new, in the Box, unfired because I bought it and never shot it! I got the hankerin' for a short-barreled SAA and couldn't stomach the Colt prices. I wanted a .44 Special as are my real Colts. On a whim, I bought this short barreled Cimmaron in .45 Colt and only dry fired it a bit in the living room chasin' TV Injuns and bad guys. If it was a .44 I'd keep it but I don't even have any .45 ammo any longer... so my whim is your gain as this a pretty good price for this unfired revolver .  These are just fine revolvers showing no weakness I could find and I really like the base pin safety keeping the action original with four clicks spelling C-O-L-T.  They are reported to shoot very well, I just didn't!
