#4895 Colt 1860 Army (AKA, “Holster Pistol”), 44caliber, 101XXX (1863), all matching including the wedge. Very good bore and action although I can’t get the barrel off and it will need some extended soaking as the barrel is rusted to the cylinder axle pin. I did put a light down the bore and it looks like a 6-7 that should clean even better once the barrel is removed. Overall smooth even brown exterior with almost no pitting but having crud and age build-up, most of which will easily come off with the soaking and some light scouring with a bronze scrubby. Fine scene about 90% intact, and fine wood grips. It does have a dimly visible cartouche and hopefully that will show in the photos, and the grips show only minimal wear. This.A VERY decent, well above average standard military Army that just needs a really good soaking in kerosene or penetrating oil and then lightly cleaned. About VG++ as described $2395
