This .32 rimfire belt revolver features a brass frame, spur trigger, octagon ribbed 5.75"" barrel, walnut grips, and square butt. The barrel marking is E.A. PRESCOTT, WORCESTER, MASS over PAT'D. OCT. 2. 1860. This revolver is very similar to the S&W Model 2 Army. The barrel and cylinder have a smooth brown patina. The bore is very good with strong rifling with areas of erosion. The brass frame has an even aged patina. The action functions correctly. Many .32 rimfire revolvers were carried by Union soldiers.
