A Very Early Civil War Percussion Colt Model 1849 Pocket Revolver With A 5 Inch Barrel In Very Nice Untouched Condition. Serial # 89,757, all matching numbers.  Made in 1854, all original & complete. The revolver has fine metal, markings, and edges. The cylinder scene is sharp & clear. The barrel and cylinder have a natural and untouched brown patina on them with the barrel having original blue running through it. The frame, lever, and hammer have original early case colors on them. All screws are fine & retain original color on them. The backstrap & trigger guard are excellent retain all of their original factory silver on them. The original grips are excellent plus and retain their original factory varnish on them. The pistol has a fine bore and action. This Is A Fine Example Of A Very Early Civil War Percussion Colt Model 1849 Pocket Revolver With A 5 Inch Barrel Made In 1854. This Colt Pocket Revolver Would Be a Fine Addition To Any Collection!
