BACON MFG. CO. PERCUSSION 2ND MODEL .31 CAL. POCKET REVOLVER CIRCA 1861. Five shot with 4” round barrel with maker’s address. Serial number 58 and all matching. Distinctive fluted cylinder and engraved frame. Very good plus as missing the detachable trigger guard. Also missing the hand that rotates the cylinder. Nice dark patina on metal. Original walnut grips in fine condition. Scarce with only 3000 made. Priced reasonably.
