Guns International #: 100460929
Seller's Inventory #: 5069
Inv. 5069 Moore's Patent (Brooklyn Firearms), Serial Number WAXX, Caliber .32 Teat Fire. This is a little gun designed to get around the Smith & Wesson “bored through cylinder patent.” Like many others it came and went very quickly. This particular gun appears to have been silver plated. The finished is great on one side. However the left side of the barrel does have some modest pitting. The lock mechanism is out of sync but all the parts are there and I am sure with a little tinkering you can get the timing right. The nicest feature of this little Civil War era curio is the beautiful Mother of Pearl grips. Priced low enough for any collection. $295
