Guns International #: 100633099
Seller's Inventory #: AH3771
Savage Navy Revolver .36 caliber U.S. Army issue revolver. Grips are very good with a good outline of a cartouche but inspector initials not visible. Metal parts are inspected with “C”, W” and “H”. Action works perfectly. Frame address is excellent. The original blue is gone but the gun is still sharp and it is a Martial Civil War Revolver, which we have never seen before but was probably a skeleton type with the center hole for a Knurled Pioneer screw and two studs for the “Anchor” holes. Note: There is a threaded hole and two unthreaded “Anchor” holes for what must have been a detachable shoulder stock.
