Colt 1849 Pocket Revolver (C14268)

Description:

Colt 1849 Pocket Revolver. Made in 1861. .31 Caliber with a 6” barrel. Very fine gun with approximately 30% of the original blue on the barrel mixed with patina. Cylinder is very fine with an excellent cylinder scene. Case colors are bright on the left hand side of the frame and just traces of color on the left. Grips are very fine with most of the original varnish. 70% of the silver remains on trigger guard and backstrap. Very fine sharp gun that has the desirable 6” barrel.
