Guns International #: 101064183
Seller's Inventory #: C12946
Colt 1860 Army Fluted Cylinder Revolver. Made in 1861. This gun has a nice smooth even brown patina on metal. All numbers match. There is a hole in the right hand side bottom grip, maybe for some sort of lanyard? This is a no record gun unfortunately. A lot of these early fluted guns went to some interesting places like Richmond, Va. and New Orleans. Unfortunately, there is no way to know. Grips are very good and there is an “A” carved in the left hand side of the grip by the frame. Very neat all original Colt Fluted Army!
