Description:
Colt SAA .45 lc. This is an early black powder frame, 1877 manufactured, SAA that has been profusely engraved and finished in nickel and gold with stag grips.
The engraving in nicely cut in a pattern common for the late 1800’s to early 1900’s. The engraver is unknown.
The revolver itself has a 5 ½” barrel with a single line address which would indicated that it was cut down from a 7 ½”! The gun is solid. The bore is good but dark.
