Colt Bisley .44 Russian caliber revolver. Beautiful Factory Engraved Colt Bisley made in 1902. Deluxe engraved gun by Colt master engraver Wilbur Glahn. 7 ½” barrel with blued barrel and case hardened frame. Grips are factory pearl. This gun was originally shipped to J.F. Schmelzer & Sons Arms Company in Kansas City in 1902 and later sent back to the factory for engraving and caliber conversion. This gun is in .44 Russian and S&W special, one of the only two guns known having a 7 ½” barrel. Gun is in near new condition. Accompanying this gun is a factory letter as well as a letter by noted Colt author and R.L. Wilson. Beautiful rare factory engraved Colt Bisley!
