Colt Bisley Model Single Action Revolver 38-40 with 7-1/2 barrel and factory letter
Description:
Selling a Colt Bisley Model Single Action Revolver. 38-40 caliber with a 7-1/2" barrel. Basically just a gray metal gun with good screw heads. Take a look at my pictures. The action is tight and it has all the notches and is timed correctly. The grips are original Bisley grips with some wear comparable to the gun but they seem to be a little long on the backstrap but good on the butt. There is a M carved into the left grip butt and a diamond shape carved into the right grip butt. The bore is dark but the rifling is apparent. Comes with the factory letter confirming the callber and barrel length and finish and stocks unlisted in a 1 gun shipment to Schoverling, Daly & Gales in New York, New York August 21st 1907. This should make a good shooter / collector Bisley for someone.
Since this is a curio / relic I'll have to ship it to either a FFL license or C&R license holder. I am a C&R license holder.
Money Orders or Cashier's check preferred but will accept personal check and ship on clearing
