Colt post-war Second Issue Detective Special 2" nickel .38 revolver.  Has wood grips with a polished long rounded grip frame made between 1953 and 1956.  Offered for sale is serial number 783850 manufactured in 1961.  Colt made a lot of Detective Special second issuers, but long grip frames are getting harder to find; (and if anyone has one in a .32 caliber that they would consider selling or trading, call me (505)-326-3601).
