The Yankee Armorer, Inc offers a 3 day inspection period with full refund upon return of intact firearm and in the original condition.
The Yankee Armorer, Inc offers a no interest lay away program - 25% down; 25% in 30 days; 25% in 60 days; and full payment in 90 days. Any violation of this policy is subject to restocking and forfeiture of all payments. Any variation from this policy must be agreed to in advance.
Unshipped Cancelled sales are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Be advised that all firearms sold by The Yankee Armorer, Inc. or the Gun Exchange, LLC (SELLER) are sold as collector’s items. They have not been fired or tested for safety and must be examined by a license gunsmith prior to use. By purchasing any item from the (SELLER), you are agreeing to hold the (SELLER) free from any damages or lawsuits of any nature.
Any item left for transfer or storage will be charged to $25.00 per month, per item from the day of its receipt. Any variation from this policy must be agreed to in advance.
