Colt,  DIAMONDBACK, .38 Cal. x 4”, c.1977 w/Box, Exc.  

Description:
This beautiful Colt revolver was made in 1977, a classic DIAMONDBACK in .38 Special Cal. with the handy 4” barrel length.  It would make a great companion to your 4” PYTHON.  The condition is excellent, perhaps un-fired as evidenced by the finish on the area surrounding the firing pin.  It has perfect grips and near perfect metal finish.  It has one tiny imperfection shown on the L. side of the barrel abour 3/4" back from the muzzle, it's shown in a photo.  The bore is excellent and the function is silky smooth and flawless.  It has the original numbered box with a separated end flap and all paperwork.
It’s so nice you’ll want to take it to bed with you, just until the newness wears off.  I suggest you wrap it in a few socks so your wife doesn’t complain about the second lump in the bed.  She should be glad it’s not a flintlock, they have more sharp points.  Serial Number R36156,  FFL Req’d.

Notice:
ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed.  I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING: 
Normally shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with a return receipt.  Typical Packing, Shipping and Insurance cost for a handgun is $30.00, and for a Long Gun is $45.00.

FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.  Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address. Some states have additional restrictions such as CA, CT, DC, IL, MD, NJ and NY.
A signed valid FFL license copy either mailed or emailed will be required for shipment to only the license address.
Antique firearms, pre 1898 do not require a Federal License. For purchase, a copy of a Government Issued Identification (Drivers License, Etc), showing date of birth and current address will be required. 
GUARANTEE: 
Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed.  All orders must be paid in advance, C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay. 
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 60 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 60 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
