Description:
This example is a Colt New Service revolver in .45 LC with a 5.5" barrel. The right side of the barrel is marked "COLT'S MFG. CO HARTFORD CT USA". The left side of the barrel is marked "Colt New Service 45 Colt". The left side plate is marked with Colt's rampant logo. The crane cutout is marked "80480 U", the crane is marked "80480 U". The front sight is a fixed blade on the barrel. The left side frame where the barrel meets is marked with crossed pennants. The rear sight is a shallow "U" cut into the top of the frame. The grips are black hard rubber panels with "COLT" in oval on the upper portion. .45 Colt
