Description:
A most rugged Colt New Service with a rare heavy 4" barrel made in 1906. This gun locks up solid like new and could easily handle +P ammunition. The soft Colt factory blue is about 85% with softening and fading on flat areas. The Colt rock made reddish brown grips are original, with a nickle silver Colt medallions. Comes with a factory installed lanyard loop, and this gun could easily have gone to war in 1918. Fun locks up solid and doesn't look like it was used much. SN 1591XX.
