"Near Mint Colt Officer Model Target 32 Caliber W/ Box ((L2025-12995)

Description:
"Serial number 656869. Made in 1941. 32 Colt Caliber with a 6" barrel. This gun is in excellent condition with 99% of the original blue. The grips are excellent and extremely sharp. The box show light edge wear. The box is numbered to a gun 19 number away from this gun. This gun has a cut out from the Shotgun News dated 1981 with an ad from Lew Horton Distributors advertising these guns. This gun presumably part of the lot. According to the Ad, these guns came out of the Massachusetts home guard. Interestingly, the shooting target in the box is serial numbered to this gun, so this gun and box were most likely mixed up at either the Massachusetts Home guard or Lew Hortons. Very Fine all original, like new Colt Officers Model Target in 32 Colt!
